This attribute specifies the node id of the adjacent device. This attribute, if non-zero, is used to check the identity of the adjacent device. If this attribute is zero, the identity is not checked. If adjacentCpType is set to dlurNoXID, this attribute is used to identify the downstream PU to the DLUS.
