Network Connection Privilege
1.3.6.1.4.1.23.2.28.3.8.1.11

A value that represents the connection's login privileges. The value is a sum. This value initially takes the value zero, then for each privilege that the connection has, 2 raised to a power is added to the sum. The powers are according to the following table: Privilege Power Supervisor 0 Operator 1 Auditor 2 High_Privilege 3 Second_Authentication 4 Second_High_Privilege 5 For example, a user with both Supervisor and Auditor privileges would have a value of 5 (2**0 + 2**2)
