When the ifOperStatus of one of the connected interfaces changes from down(2) to up(1). b. When an interface with ifOperStatus = up(1) is connected to this VRF. This counter should be decremented when: a. When the ifOperStatus of one of the connected interfaces changes from up(1) to down(2). b. When one of the connected interfaces with ifOperStatus = up(1) gets disconnected from this VRF.
