Juniper Js Screen Port Scan Threshold
1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.39.1.8.1.1.1.1.39

The port scan threshold interval is in microseconds. The default threshold value is 5000. The valid threshold range is 1000-1000000. By using the default settings, if a remote host scans 10 ports in 0.005 seconds (5000 microseconds), the device flags this as a port scan attack, and rejects all further packets from the remote source for the remainder of the specified timeout period. The device detects and drops the tenth packet that meets the port scan attack criterion. This attribute displays the port scan threshold value.
