The number of nanoseconds that had passed since this capture buffer was first turned on when this packet was captured, modulo 10^6. This object is used in conjunction with existing timestamp object. This object returns the number of nano-seconds to be added to to number of milli-seconds obtained from the captureBufferPacketTime object, to obtain more accurate inter packet arrival time.
