This object is a count of the number of octets contained in normal priority frames that have been received on this interface. This counter is incremented by OctetCount for each frame received on this interface which is counted by dot12InNormPriorityFrames. This counter is a 64 bit version of dot12InNormPriorityOctets. It should be used by Network Management protocols which support 64 bit counters (e.g. SNMPv2).
