An unregistered CM SHOULD indicate 'docsis11' for a docsIfDocsisBaseCapability value of DOCSIS 1.1/2.0. An unregistered CM SHOULD indicate 'docsis10' for a docsIfDocsisBaseCapability value of DOCSIS 1.0.
