bits/sec for this parameter set. The value is calculated from the byte following the MAC header HCS to the end of the CRC. The default value of 0 means that no bandwidth is reserved. If the referenced parameter is not present in the corresponding DOCSIS QOS Parameter Set, the default value of this object is 0. If the parameter is not applicable, it is reported as 0.
