The interval, in seconds, between consecutive samples of the data. When setting this variable, care should be given to ensure that the variable being monitored will not exceed 2^31 - 1 and roll over. The first sample will be taken immediately upon the cpqMeAlarmStatus being set to valid(1). This object may not be modified if the associated cpqMeAlarmStatus object is equal to valid(1).
