Bit 4: This function contains port range entries. Bit 3: This function contains DMA entries. Bit 2: This function contains interrupt (IRQ) entries. Bit 1: This function contains memory entries. Bit 0: This function contains function type definitions. NOTE: bit 7 is the most significant bit, bit 0 is the least significant.
