Spin up Retries Maximum Threshold. This shows the maximum threshold of the number of times that a physical drive had to retry to spin up before successfully achieving operating speed during the reference time (phyDrvRefTime). This threshold is associated with the cpqDaPhyDrvSpinupRetries object in the Physical Drive Table.
