The routing mechanism via which the connectivity from the advertising node to the reachable address was learned. A 'local' address indicates this address is automatically advertised. A 'static' address is not automatically advertised. By setting 'cwspAddrRedistribute' variable (see below) to 'true' will force a 'static' address to be advertised.
