'csActive' - name resolves to that IP address 'csInactive' - IP address currently not in use On creation of the row, this value will be 'csInactive', although it may transition immediately to active, triggering the notification of 'mgcCommStateActive' specified in CISCO-VISM-TRAPS-MIB.
