The on hook code is configurable using 'cesChanOnhookCode' object. Applicable in structured mode. enableIdlePatternDet(3): Enable payload Idle code detection. Idle pattern is configurable through cesChanIdleSignalCode object. Only applicable to CESM-8T1/E1 and non strau channels.
