This object is used to set the cell loss priority of the oam loopback cell for all the PVCs. If set to true, all the CLP bits will be set to 1. If set to false, all the CLP bits will be set to 0. If this object is true, detailed alarm logging for all the PVC's on the module will be enabled. If this object is false, detailed alarm logging for all the PVC's on the module will be disabled.
