This table contains a history of detected user authentication failures. After a management agent restart, when sysUpTime is reset to zero, this table records all user authentication failure notifications until such time as it becomes full. Thereafter, it remains full by retaining the number of most recent notifications specified in ctpSysUserAuthFailHistTableSize.
