local password is enabled or disabled for Console session and/or Telnet sessions. Setting this object to enabled(1),the enable authentication using local password is enabled for both telnet and console sessions. Setting this object to disabled(2), the enable authentication using local password is disabled for both telnet and console sessions. Setting this object to enabledForTelnetOnly(3), the enable authentication using local password is enabled only for telnet sessions, but disabled for console sessions. Setting this object to enabledForConsoleOnly(4), the enable authentication using local password is enabled only for console sessions, but disabled for telnet sessions. This object is deprecated and replaced by cacPriorityTable in CISCO-AAA-CLIENT-MIB.
