will be applied when accepting new telnet connections for a specific host. A value of zero means no limit will be applied for telnet connections. Setting this object to a non-zero value will turn on the 'telnet' bit in the corresponding ipPermitAccessType. Turnning off the 'telnet' bit in the corresponding ipPermitAccessType will reset this ipPermitTelnetConnectLimit value to zero.
