This object uniquely identifies a row in csiJoinWindowPeriodTable. The Management Application chooses this value by reading csiJoinWindowPeriodNextFreeIndex while creating an entry in this table. If an entry already exists with this index, the creation of the entry will not continue and error will be returned. The Management Application should read the value of csiJoinWindowPeriodNextFreeIndex again and retry with the new value for this object.
