'standby': This destination is a backup. Only one RDR destination can be 'active' if the cscRdrFormatterForwardingMode is set to either 'redundancy' or 'simpleLoadBalancing'. Multiple RDR destinations can be in 'active' state when cscRdrFormatterForwardingMode is set to 'multicast'.
