This object gives the current operational state of the Laser. Valid values are - 'up' - The laser is operational. 'down' - The laser is not operational. if coiIfControllerLaserAdminStatus is down(2) then coiIfControllerLaserOperStatus should be down(2). If coiIfControllerLaserAdminStatus is changed to up(1) then coiIfControllerLaserOperStatus should change to up(1), provided the laser is operational and ready to transmit traffic. It should remain in down(2) if there is a fault that prevents it from going to the up(1) state.
