Indicates if and how an NSSA Border router is performing NSSA translation of type-7 LSAs into type-5 LSAs. When this object set to enabled, the NSSA Border router's cospfAreaNssaExtTranslatorRole has been set to always. When this object is set to elected, a candidate NSSA Border router is Translating type-7 LSAs into type-5. When this object is set to disabled, a candidate NSSA Border router is NOT translating type-7 LSAs into type-5.
