This table has an sparse dependent relationship on the cfmFlowMetricsTable (defined by the CISCO-FLOW-MONITOR-MIB), containing a row for each row in the cfmFlowMetricsTable having a corresponding instance of cfmFlowMetricsCollected with the 'mdi' bit set to one.
