This object represents the current value for transmit power level. This value is sent to the APs that join the controller. The APs in turn propogate this value to the 802.11 clients. The client will either use this value or may tune the transmit power settings between the range of values configured by clrRrmTupleTransmitPowerLevelMin and clrRrmTupleTransmitPowerLevelMax objects.
