Bundle timer value. This value is used to control the bundling of SS7 packets as they are transported within the device. The value of zero indicates that MTP3 packets will not be bundled for transmission as they arrival for transmission at the MTP2 layer. A non-zero value specifies the maximum delay time used to collect MTP3 packets before they are transmitted by the MTP2 layer.
