A collection of objects that record the latest Video jitter operation. An entry is created only when the following objects are valid. - rttMonCtrlAdminRttType - rttMonEchoAdminProtocol The entry will start to collect data when rttMonCtrlAdminStatus is in 'active' state. The entry will be removed when the rttMonCtrlAdminStatus is changed to 'destroy' state.
