Specifies whether or not a notification should be generated on the completion of an operation. If 'true', ciuUpgradeOpCompletionNotify will be generated, else if 'false' it would not be. It is the responsibility of the management entity to ensure that the SNMP administrative model is configured in such a way as to allow the notification to be delivered. This object can only be modified alongwith ciuUpgradeOpCommand object.This object returns default value when ciuUpgradeOpCommand object contains 'none'. To SET this object a multivarbind set containing this object and ciuUpgradeOpCommand must be done in the same PDU for the operation to succeed.
