If set to true, CE bound packets are queued in the jitter buffer, out of order packets are re-ordered. The maximum sequence number differential (i.e., the range in which re-sequencing can occur) is dependant on the depth of the jitter buffer. See cpwCTDMCfgJtrBfrDepth.
