When this object is set, GGSN sends the Packet Transfer Command (PTC) IE in the CDR message. 'true' - send PTC IE with the CDR. The value in the IE will be 'Send Data Record Packet' if the object cgprsCgPtcPossiblyDupEnable is not set to 'true' and there is no condition of possibly duplicate scenario. 'false' - do not send PTC IE with the CDR. This object cannot be set to 'false' if the object cgprsCgPtcPossiblyDupEnable is set to 'true'.
