This object when set to 'true' enables the GGSN to copy the SGSN list for charging release prior to release 4 (cgprsCgRelease). The SGSN change limit trigger specified in the object cgprsCgCdrSgsnChangeLimit has to be set as well. If this object is set to 'false'-current SGSN address may not be present in CDR. This object can be set to true only when the object cgprsCgPartialCdrGenEnable is set to 'true'.
