Trigger Condition: a) Out of memory. b) Number of PPP-regen PDPs reaches max limit. c) All dynamic PDP address are occupied. d) Attempt to create a PPP-Regen PDP but the vtemplate for PPP-regen is not properly configured or VPDN configs are not proper.
