This is the identifier of the peer port. If the peer port is channel, as described by the instance of cficonRunCfgUnitType, then cficonRunCfgPortId will be the CHPID (Channel Path Identifier) of the channel path that contains this peer port. If the peer port is controlUnit, then cficonRunCfgPortId will be 0. If the peer port is fabric, then cficonRunCfgPortId will be port address of the interface on the peer switch.
