This object indicates the default state which whether to prohibit traffic or allow traffic among all External Ports of a new FICON VSAN. If 'true' the default state is prohibit all traffic, else the default state is allow all traffic. The default values of the cficonProhibitPortNumbers and the cficonRunCfgProhibitPrtNums in a newly created FICON VSAN are consistent with the state of this object.
