The status of filename containing these ports. Network Management station must check this object before it can read the contents of the configuration file. If it is 'locked', it means that the host or the CLI or the network management station is in the process of writing the contents of this file. If it is 'locked' the the file cannot be read. If it is 'unlocked', then the file is ready to be read.
