This object helps the user to control bandwidth fairness on modules that support it. enable(1) - Enables the bandwidth fairness disable(2) - Disables the bandwidth fairness By default, bandwidth fairness is enabled for a module. If the user configures this object to disable (2), fair bandwidth provisioning will not be guaranteed for interfaces with fcIfPortRadeMode equal to 'dedicated'.
