If the value is 'true' and the radio is function as an access point device (i.e., cd11IfStationRole is 'roleRoot', the radio will scan for other BSS activity on all channels available in the current cd11IfCurrentCarrierSet before establishing its own BSS. After the scan, this station will establish its own BSS on the channel with the least probability of radio signal congestion. If the value is 'false', this station always establishes its BSS on IEEE802dot11-MIB dot11CurrentChannel. The default value is 'true'.
