The number of transmit power levels of a radio frequency band for the radio. The value of this object should be the same as the maximum cd11IfNativeTxPowerLevel of the same ifIndex, cd11IfRadioFrequencyBand, and cd11IfRadioModulationClass. If the value of this object is 0, the radio can only receive, not transmit, on this frequency band and modulation technique.
