If the QoS function is enabled and the policy source is from local configuration, this MIB object is from the runtime hardware information. Due to hardware granularity, the granted value may not be the same as the value specified by caqFlowPolicerExcessBurstRequest object. It will be the closest value to the requested one that the hardware can support. If the caqFlowPolicerExcessBurstSupport is false(2), this object cannot be instantiated.
