An entry in this table exists for each FiberNode ID that is in use. It uses two indices, i.e. ccwbFiberNodeID which is the Fiber node ID, and ccwbFiberNodeGlobRFID, which is the combined bit mask of Narrowband RF channels and Wideband rf-ports(rf-channels).
