A MAC address that identifies a remote CM. The default value of 0000.0000.0000 indicates that the background noise will be measured for the upstream. In this case, ccsSpectrumRequestIfIndex must be specified. Other values indicate that the receiving power test is requested for the ccsSpectrumRequestMacAddr with CM signals.
