Information about a spectrum data request. The management system uses ccsSpectrumRequestStatus to control entry modification, creation, and deletion. Setting ccsSpectrumRequestEntry to 'destroy' causes entry and its associated data (example: ccsSpectrumDataEntry) to be cleaned up properly. It is suggested the entry to be set to 'destroy' when the row is no longer in use.
