The control that allows start or abort of the test. Since there is only 1 FFT engine running on the CMTS, 'start' changes ccsSNRRequestOperState to 'pending' state if the FFT is busy; Otherwise, it changes ccsSNRRequestOperState to 'running'. 'abort' changes ccsSNRRequestOperState to 'aborted' state. Only 'start' when request is to be started and 'abort' when request is to be aborted can be set by the user. It is set to 'none' only on completion of the request by the FFT engine.
