The last time that all the statistical objects of this entry are started from zero. There are several ways to restart the the statistical objects from zero. Setting the object ccsFlapResetNow or ccsFlapResetAll to true via SNMP is one way and and the other way is via command Line Interface. This timestamp can be used to know the last time the statistical objects are started from zero. The special value of all '00'Hs indicates that these statistical objects of this entry in the ccsFlapTable have never been reset.
