When this value is set to -1, system automatically adapts to maximum available rate. Following are the possible rates in kbps the CAP card: 1088, 952, 816, 680, 544, 408, 272 and 91. For the DMT card, the rates range from 64 Kbps to 1024 Kbps in increments of 32 Kbps.
