An entry in this table with the index value of cbeDot1dStaticPortRangeIndex being 'oneto2K' and instance value of the corresponding cbeDot1dStaticAllowedToGoTo being zero-length octet string indicates that frames received in the VLAN as specified by this entry's cbeDot1dVlanIndex, from a port as specified by this entry's cbeDot1dStaticReceivePort, and destined to the MAC address as specified by this entry's cbeDot1dStaticAddress, are not allowed to be forwarded to any of the ports in this VLAN.
