When atmSigDescrParamBhliType is set to user(3), the value of this object is an octet string with length ranging from 0 to 8. When atmSigDescrParamBhliType is set to hiProfile(4), the value of this object is a length of 4 octet string containing user to user profile identifier. When atmSigDescrParamBhliType is set to vendorSpecific(5), the value of this object is a length of 7 octet string, where the most significant 3 octets consist of a globally- administered OUI, and the least significant 4 octets are the vender administered application OUI.
