The maximum VPI that the signalling stack on the ATM interface may currently allocate to switched virtual path connections. This value is the minimum of atmInterfaceConfMaxSvpcVpi, and the atmInterfaceMaxSvpcVpi of the interface's UNI/NNI peer. If the interface does not negotiate with its peer to determine the maximum VPI that can be allocated to SVPCs on the interface, then the value of this object must equal atmInterfaceConfMaxSvpcVpi.
