This object provides an array of downstream Hlog(f) m. The m of subcarrier(i) is 256*Octect(2i)+Octect(2i+1), i=0~511. To get real value of Hlog(f), it is caculated as (6-m(i)/10). A special value 1023 indicates that no measurement could be done for the subcarrier because it is out of the passband or that the attenuation is out of range to be represented.
