This object provides an array of downstream quiet line noise PSD n. The n of subcarrier(i) is Octect(i), i=0~511. To get real value of QLN(f), it is caculated as (-23-n(i)/2). A special value 255 indicates that no measurement could be done for the subcarrier because it is out of the passband or that the noise PSD is out of range to be represented.
