Returns or controls the size of the RAM disk. The device POS specifies the minimum memory requirements. The object MAXIMUM-RAM-DISK-MEMORY specifies the maximum memory available for the RAM disk. Additional information: Returns or controls the size of the RAM disk. The values that can be set depend on the current setting of the RAM-DISK-MODE object, and the amount of memory available installed above 8MB. Use the MAXIMUM-RAM-DISK-MEMORY object to determine the amount of additional memory available for the RAM disk.
